Job Details :

• Choose between 36 or 48-hour work weeks with overtime beginning after 48 hours
• Float pool position providing coverage across ICU units as needed
• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under licensed physician direction
• Utilize nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Direct nursing support staff in provision of patient care according to established standards
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year experience in clinical specialty area preferred
• PA Registered Nurse License required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Professional education, training, or additional certifications may be required by specialty area
• Individualize patient care and maintain standards of nursing practice
• Follow administrative and departmental policies and procedures
