Your Role :
As a Surgical Technologist I, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal patient care by :
- Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment and assisting during surgical procedures.
- Setting up equipment and ensuring the operating room is ready for surgery.
- Functioning as a second assistant during surgeries.
- Transporting patients and managing surgical supplies.
- Maintaining knowledge of various procedures and handling diverse surgical equipment.
Requirements :
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 6 months.
- No prior experience required; we welcome recent graduates!
Physical Requirements :
This role demands the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including :
- Lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing / pulling with force, and performing patient positioning with proper techniques.
