Utility Person - Piscataway, NJ

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Send arrival and departure notifications to appropriate departments.
• Inspect rental, new, and used equipment for damage; document findings with photographs.
• Review rental agreements to confirm customer and equipment details; obtain required signatures.
• Fuel and wash equipment as needed.
• Direct and manage traffic flow in yard and driveway areas.
• Stage equipment for deliveries and customer pickups.
• Collaborate with the rental counter to verify equipment accuracy.
• Conduct daily yard and warehouse safety inspections.
• Complete daily task list as assigned by supervisor; adjust priorities based on operational needs.
