Job descriptionLead and support production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals Supervise flexo press operations, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance Monitor production performance, analyze results, and communicate updates daily Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Partner with Quality and Maintenance to resolve issues and minimize downtime Maintain accurate shift documentation and production data Train, mentor, and develop operators with a focus on technical capability and SOP compliance Enforce safety policies, housekeeping standards, and operational guidelines Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to stronger production processes Coordinate shift handoffs, materials, and equipment readiness High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with direct team oversight Experience with flexographic printing / flexo press operations required Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in basic computer applications Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Committed to safe, quality-focused, and team-oriented work Technical training preferred W&H Novoflex experience a plus
