Job Description

Reisner & King LLP, an employment / civil rights litigation law firm, is looking to hire an experienced employment litigation attorney. The attorney will be responsible for running a case load and of performing all litigation work on the case, including attending court appearances, motion work, depositions and trial preparation / trial.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and be in good standing.
• Candidates should possess at least 4+ years of experience practicing employment litigation in California. Trial experience is also a plus.
• This job requires excellent writing and advocacy skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. The attorney should also have a desire to perform great work for its clients and be a motivated individual.

Benefits

The expected salary range is between $140,000 to $200,000 based upon experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
