Registered Nurse - Disease Management

Jackson Healthcare Government Services (JHGS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Disease Management to join the healthcare team at David Grant USAF Medical Center , located at Travis Air Force Base, California . As part of one of the largest military medical centers on the West Coast, you will play a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes through the coordination, education, and management of chronic diseases within our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. This position offers a unique opportunity to support military healthcare delivery in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values excellence, integrity, and service.

Position Details

• Location : 101 Bodin Cir, Fairfield, CA 94533
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 30AM-4 : 30PM
• Contract Duration : July 2025 - October 2025
• Healthcare Worker will not be required to work on federally recognized holidays.
