Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire a team of retail sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure team members reach their full potential
- Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth
- Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and drive sales
Qualifications :
