MBS is in urgent need of a Commercial Litigation Attorney in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Structured mentorship programs to help you grow your practice and areas of expertise.
  • Collaborate and learn directly from seasoned attorneys who are passionate about mentorship and guiding the next generation of legal talent.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity. License to practice law in Commonwealth of Kentucky preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation experience and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Established book of business valued at $200K or more.
  • Experience with business litigation, insurance defense, employment law, and / or creditors’ rights helpful.
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently but embraces teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Willingness to get involved in the legal and civic community.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Communication skills.
