Location : Center for Excellence in Early Education - 3250 SW 3 Ave. Miami, FL 33129

Schedule : On-site 2 days / week (8 : 30 AM-3 : 30 PM) + flexible remote hours for meetings, documentation, and consultation

The Center for Excellence in Early Education at United Way Miami is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Consultant to support the healthy development and emotional well-being of young children, families, and educators in our CFE Demonstration School program.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct classroom observations and promote positive social-emotional development
• Support educators with developmental screenings (e.g., ASQ : SE, DECA) and individualized intervention planning
• Provide consultation to teachers and families on behavioral and developmental needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary child reviews, parent conferences, and staff trainings
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in ChildPlus
• Assist with referrals, service coordination, and strengthening community connections
