A company is looking for a Technical Interviewer Lead, Data and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess the technical depth and suitability of candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs
Participate actively in the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in languages like JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer on large-scale projects
Experience in hiring engineers for team expansion
Background in a high-growth dynamic company
Ability to work in a fully remote environment
