Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Location : Addison, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

$55,000–$70,000 BOE
Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Start Date : Immediate upon completion of onboarding

Role Impact

Join a prestigious personal injury law firm where your litigation expertise will directly influence case outcomes. As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will play a key role in trial preparation, legal research, and supporting attorneys to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, file, and manage legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery

Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums and case summaries

Investigate facts, gather evidence, and prepare exhibits for trial

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, organize trial binders, and support during hearings and trials

Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completion

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)

Paralegal certification (NALA, NFPA) preferred

Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Core Tools & Systems

Case management software (e.g., Clio, PracticePanther)

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

e-Filing systems for court submissions

Preferred Skills

Prior courtroom or trial experience in personal injury cases

Familiarity with Texas court filing procedures

Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
