We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing graphics that support our sales initiatives. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and manufacturing teams to produce engaging materials that communicate our brand message and drive sales. Responsibilities Creation of Product Collateral : Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand goals. Follow brand development and licensing requirements to deliver accurate content. Use graphic design to tell compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences. Design retail artworks, product packaging, shipping marks, labels, manuals, etc. Maintain consistency across digital platforms and adhere to brand guidelines. Creation of Sales Collateral : Design sales presentations, brochures, flyers, and trade show materials. Create infographics and charts to illustrate sales data and trends. Translate complex information into visual formats with the product development team. Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and design innovations. Incorporate market insights into designs to ensure relevance. Attend local stores and trade shows as needed. The company reserves the right to modify duties as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field. 1-5 years' experience in graphic design, especially retail packaging and marketing collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, patterns, and color theory. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Portfolio showcasing relevant work, especially sales and marketing projects. Ability to work independently and with teams across different locations. Detail-oriented and organized.
