Full-Time | Contract / Per Diem (Up to 25 hours per week)

Salary for Full-Time : $79,326 - $89,326 / yr

Salary for Contract / Per Diem : $65-80 / hr

We currently have available full-time and contract / per diem Pediatric Physical Therapist positions for our Children’s Center located in Commack. You will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of those students who have been referred to by CSE / CPSE, and a physician's script has been obtained and assigned by the Clinical Supervisor. Guidance and assistance will be provided as necessary by Clinical Supervisor and Lead Physical Therapists at The Children’s Center.
