Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.
- Developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
- Preparing and presenting project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Overseeing procurement of materials and managing supplier relationships.
- Identifying and resolving any project-related issues or challenges proactively.

A successful Project Manager should have :
5+ years of project management experienceProven experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Blubeam, MS Apps)A solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.What's on offer :
