Inspired by faith. Driven by innovation. Powered by humankindness. CommonSpirit Health is building a healthier future for all through its integrated health services. As one of the nation's largest nonprofit Catholic healthcare organizations, CommonSpirit Health delivers more than 20 million patient encounters annually through more than 2,300 clinics, care sites and 138 hospital-based locations, in addition to its home-based services and virtual care offerings.

As CommonSpirit Health, we make the healing presence of God known in our world by improving the health of the people we serve, especially those who are vulnerable, while we advance social justice for all.

As our Director Nursing Telemetry at California Hospital you will be responsible for inpatient Tele services across three units comprised of 96 eds, including central monitoring for the Emergency Department. You will lead upwards of 200 staff to provide quality care to our Telemetry patients. You will direct the operations, work with the Sr. Director Acute-Care Services and Nurse Manager Tele on key initiatives, and work with other front-line leaders to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.

With our new Patient Tower recently opened, this is a very exciting time for you to join us! California Hospital has just opened a new patient tower to invest in the future of healthcare in our community. Together, with your help, we can ensure that we become the hospital that our city needs us to be. The biggest impact of this project is not the physical building, but in how it opens new pathways to lift up the health of our community over the long term. The more efficient and inviting campus will allow us to serve as a hub and access point for a full range of services that extend beyond the traditional reach of a hospital. If you are committed to social justice, health equity, and prepared to deliver care in new, innovative ways, you belong with us.
