Supply Chain Execution Senior Specialist

The Supply Chain Execution Senior Specialist is responsible for implementing supply chain processes in the field, training Field Material Specialists, and drives consistency, efficiency, and accountability across all projects. The Supply Chain Execution Senior Specialist serves as the primary link between commercial supply chain strategy and site-level execution, ensuring that materials are received, tracked, and managed efficiently from procurement through installation.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Train day-to-day supply chain operations on assigned projects, including training of field material coordinators, inventory control, data integrity and laydown yard management.
• Train and mentor Field Material Specialists (FMS) on company processes, systems, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train FMS on how to treat laydown yards as active warehouse operationsimplement best practices for organization, labeling, safety, and security.
• Support the roll-out and training of technology systems (Procore, Sage, or other project management platforms) related to material and inventory management.
