We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based care practice dedicated to serving the senior population in St. Cloud, Florida.

Position Highlights :

Full-time, permanent outpatient-only position

Manageable patient volume : 12"15 patients per day

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM " 5 : 00 PM

No weekends, no evenings, and no hospital responsibilities

Focus on geriatric medicine and preventative care in a value-based / managed care setting
