As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized or suspicious activity.

Monitor access points and observe visitor and staff activity to support a secure environment.

Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to established protocols.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and healthcare staff to address security-related needs and / or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements :

Vaccines are required for work at this hospital site.

Work may involve duties in the hospital morgue.

Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
