AI Training Specialist

A company is looking for an AI Training Specialist (Full Remote). Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI tools Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences Support department-specific enablement plans to integrate AI tools into workflows Required Qualifications 2 to 4 years of experience in training, L&D, enablement, or change management Strong interest in artificial intelligence and familiarity with generative tools Ability to build trust with stakeholders and adapt messaging across functions Empathy-driven approach to understanding user challenges Adaptability to keep pace with rapid AI developments and evolve training materials
