Commercial Real Estate Attorney Qualification / Requirements :

4+ years of hands-on experience with structuring, negotiating, and closing complex real estate finance transactions, including lender representation, co- lender / intercreditor agreements, and CMBS securitizations.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent academic credentials and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
