Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy, 1 2 physicians, APPs, Infusion Specialist

Ambulatory Hem / Onc Clinic follow up and see new patients, write orders & prescriptions, communicate with the pharmacy

O Focus on benign hematology

O Bread and Butter Hem / Onc

EPIC (will need to take an assessment before their start date)

Hematology and / or Oncology

O Provider only need to be boarded in one or the other, double boarded is preferred

O If seeing oncology patients, will need to BC d in Oncology
