  • Process full-cycle payroll for employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Verify employee timecards and reconcile discrepancies before payroll submission.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and tax information.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide data analysis as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee information and ensure accuracy in payroll systems.
  • Identify and resolve payroll errors promptly to avoid delays or inaccuracies.
  • Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and records.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Familiarity with federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
