Pay Information

$321,000 to $380,000 per year

About The Position

We're looking for a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine / Pediatrics physician to join our well-supported team just 20 minutes outside of Omaha. This is a flexible, full-time outpatient role offering excellent work-life balance, strong financial incentives, and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights

Flexible Schedule : Consistent 4-day work week
Dedicated Support : Work alongside your own MA or RN
Outpatient Only : Care for patients of all ages (primarily adults) with a reasonable panel of 18-20 per day
No Call : Focus on patient care during clinic hours only
Modern Technology : EPIC EMR for streamlined charting

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary : $321,000 starting, with growth potential

Sign-On Bonus : $25,000

Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000
