Position : Critical Care RN (Pediatric / Intermediate Care Float)\nShift : Day 3x12 (07 : 00–19 : 30) | Every other weekend & holiday | Must work 2 of 3 major holidays\nExperience : 2+ years required | First-time travelers accepted | Locals accepted\nCertifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (NIHSS preferred)\nFloat Areas : Adolescents, Pediatrics, PHOC, NICU\nRatios : \n\n\nICU : 1 : 1– 2\n\n\nIntermediate Care : 1 : 3\n\n\nSkills Required : \nCVP, CVVH, hemodynamic monitoring, EKG interpretation, PEWS, insulin pumps, NG placement, IV ports / a-lines / central lines / PICCs, procedural sedation, IV vasopressors, EVD / VP shunts, ICP monitoring, HFNC, ETT, vents, trachs, renal failure / peritoneal dialysis, wound care, trauma.\nECMO experience preferred.
