Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Roaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the roasting process. This role requires a blend of technical skill and creativity to develop and perfect unique coffee profiles that delight our customers.

Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment.
• Master existing coffee roast profiles to maintain desired flavor characteristics.
• Develop new coffee roast profiles as needed
• Source, evaluate and contract green coffee beans to ensure quality, consistency.
• Monitor and adjust roasting parameters to maintain product standards.
• Conduct regular cupping sessions to evaluate roast quality.
• Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative coffee products.
• Maintain detailed records of roast profiles and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in the roasting facility.
