Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to shape the user experience of our cloud-based dentistry applications (DS Core). You will lead research initiatives to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design. This is a hybrid role requiring presence at our Waltham, MA office at least one day per week. Responsibilities : Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, developers, and clinical experts to integrate research findings into design and development. Use research data to influence product decisions and advocate for user needs throughout the development process. Assist in defining research goals and developing plans aligned with project objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and apply new knowledge to improve research practices and design solutions. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, psychology, anthropology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of UX research experience, with a proven ability to lead research initiatives and influence product strategy. Experience working with diverse, global teams and in B2B or complex software systems is a plus. Skills and Capabilities : Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in various research methodologies and tools. Interest in technical or specialized user workflows; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
