Utility Construction Laborer

We are seeking dedicated Utility Construction Laborers to undertake general labor tasks in the field, ensuring that jobs are completed on time and safely. Responsibilities include transporting equipment to and from the jobsite, reading and interpreting blueprints, exposing utility crossings through excavation and hydrovac methods, performing trenching and duct placement, pulling and directing bury fiber for main-line distribution and drops, setting hand holes and PEDs, conducting site restoration, and troubleshooting construction challenges.

Essential skills include general labor, production, and construction experience. Experience in construction, concrete work, landscaping, farming, or related fields is preferred. Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License is required, with a tanker endorsement that is not restricted to automatic only. Candidates with a Commercial Learner's Permit or students of a CDL school are encouraged to apply.

Enjoy a $50 / day per diem when traveling, along with hotel accommodations. Long working hours are compensated fairly, offering a rewarding work experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
