You'll care for a variety of patients including : GI & Oncology Post-Op Recovery COPD & Pneumonia UTI & Dehydration Complex Wound Care RN-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 6 Supported by Patient Care Associates on every shift You’ll feel a true sense of belonging on our team. ✅ Qualifications Education & Licensure : Graduate of an accredited RN program Active RN license (state-specific or compact) Must meet all state board of nursing requirements Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience as a RN required. Certifications Required : ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire) Any unit-specific certifications (with timeline for completion) Physical Requirements : Regularly lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing / walking throughout shift Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat as needed Why Mercy?
