AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE, you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. He / she will be required to coordinate the care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider, and all other health care providers.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Current Practical Nursing licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
• Two years of Med / Surg experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire or obtained within 3 months of start date in position
• Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia knowledge (or will attend class within 6 months of hire)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and / or National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications upon hire or obtained within 1 year of hire
