Candidates must be competent in telemetry. Schedule requires 3x12 from 7 PM to 7 AM, every other weekend. Candidates will likely orient on day shift. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine fit. If the clinical assessment passes and aligns with guidelines, the candidate will be sent for a final decision. The manager will conduct interviews. Candidates may need to float to other units as necessary. The unit specializes in providing care for adults with medical oncology needs. Expert care is provided for patients requiring palliative and end-of-life care. Administration of chemotherapy is a significant aspect of this role. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Candidates may care for patients with COVID-19. The role might require working holidays as needed. Patient ratios during night shifts are expected to be 5 : 1.
