Facilities IT Temp - Contractor

Position Description
- Ability to solve basic, common user problems in real time, including software functionality; network troubleshooting, PC and network configuration; operating system and browser related issues
- Adding and removing systems to the domain
- Setting up proprietary software and configurations to company policies and specifications Windows systems knowledge and setup, emphasis on Windows 10 Application maintenance (entry level) Hardware configuration (workstation and peripherals)
- Troubleshooting skills
- Provide on-site support to all staff
- Actively involved in problem resolution, follow-up, testing, workarounds and equipment suggestions
- Facilitate warranty claims and exchanges
- Other duties as assigned.
