NOW HIRING for a Contract Coordinator for a great company in South Charlotte.
This position is responsible for contract billing , processing of contracts, etc. Candidates MUST be comfortable on a computer daily.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, in office daily.
Job duties include but are not limited to :
- Ensure maintenance contracts are complete and accurate in a timely manner
- Order entry and contract entry into SAP
- Tracking billing status for contracts
- Assist with administrative and operational functions as needed
- Review and maintain relationships with dealers
- Work closely with Finance team
- Coordinate with CSR team for billing, customer inquiries, etc.
Qualities / Experience needed :
1-3 years in a similar role (administrative / finance assiting)Detail oriented and organizedProficient with computers and MS OfficeWritten and verbal communication skillsAPPLY NOW
