Job description

NOW HIRING for a Contract Coordinator for a great company in South Charlotte.

This position is responsible for contract billing , processing of contracts, etc. Candidates MUST be comfortable on a computer daily.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, in office daily.

Job duties include but are not limited to :

  • Ensure maintenance contracts are complete and accurate in a timely manner
  • Order entry and contract entry into SAP
  • Tracking billing status for contracts
  • Assist with administrative and operational functions as needed
  • Review and maintain relationships with dealers
  • Work closely with Finance team
  • Coordinate with CSR team for billing, customer inquiries, etc.

Qualities / Experience needed :

  • 1-3 years in a similar role (administrative / finance assiting)
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
