Medical Director Role

• Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our clinicians in our skilled nursing facilities in the Greensboro, North Carolina, area
• Conduct clinical case reviews as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of care
• Represent TeamHealth on appropriate external levels identifying, building relationships within the post-acute care community
• Collaborate with clinicians, hospital leaders and others regarding care and services for enrollees
• Review care coordination initiatives, develop collaborative intervention plans, and share ideas about network management issues
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested

Physicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply : family practice (FP), primary care, internal medicine (IM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, wound care, and hospital medicine (HM). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $281,147 to $319,170 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
