Job Description :

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in the CSAC (Chip Scale Atomic Clock) department. The role involves assembly, testing, and inspection of MEMS semiconductors. Microchip offers comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure you are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform semiconductor assembly in a cleanroom environment.

Operate semi-automated surface mount pick and place equipment

Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Experience with micro components and precision microscope work.

Basic computer skills for logging data, reviewing documents, emailing, and online training sessions.

The hourly pay range for this position, which could be performed in Massachusetts, is $20.50 - $35.00.
