Job description

A company is looking for a Trust Asset Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of farm and ranch assets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of 60-80 ranch assets, ensuring alignment with management agreements and client objectives
Negotiate lease renewals, amendments, and agreements related to property management
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage asset reviews and inspections

Required Qualifications

Experience in asset management or real estate management

Knowledge of agricultural markets and property management

Familiarity with federal compliance standards and programs

Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines

Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
