Details : 18-month contract with ongoing need, opportunity for direct hire, second shift position (11am-9pm, four 10-hour shifts weekly with three days off)

Pay Rate : $23.25 – 25.75 / hr. with benefit inclusions

Job Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop new processes for manufacturing metal faced rings. This role involves hands-on process development with casting technology, including pouring seal rings and managing operating procedures and instructions. The engineer will be responsible for process alignment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, as well as documentation for defining process recipes and SOP management. The role also includes refining roles and responsibilities to ensure products are ready for release, creating training materials, and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes for manufacturing metal faced rings
• Hands-on process development with casting technology
• Pour seal rings and manage production processes
• Conduct process alignment, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Document process recipes and manage SOPs
• Refine roles and responsibilities to ensure readiness at product release
• Create training materials and optimize manufacturing processes
• Support second shift operations
