Location : Williamsport, and surrounding area!

Starting Pay : $25.00 per hour base rate, $50-$70 per visit (different rates for evaluations, starts of care, discharges, resumption of care, recertification visits)

At Interim HealthCare we are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) in Williamsport and surrounding areas to join our compassionate team. You’ll provide essential therapy services that help patients overcome physical impairments and regain independence—all from the comfort of their own homes.

Essential Functions :

• Deliver expert physical therapy on individualized care plans
• Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments to monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.
• Regularly assess patient status and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients and families to promote understanding with treatment goals.
• Document clinical findings and treatment progress accurately and timely.
