Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Oakpark Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team! The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist patients with their basic needs, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and administering medications. This role is vital in ensuring patients receive quality care while providing a compassionate and caring attitude.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties :

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
• Administer medications and document all medication administration in the patient's chart.
• Keep patient rooms clean and tidy.
• Help patients with mobility, including using walkers or wheelchairs, and positioning them in beds or chairs.
• Record all care provided to patients accurately and timely.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Respond to patient calls in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
