Facilities Maintenance Technician

Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, an independent Catholic college preparatory high school in the Holy Cross Tradition, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. The chosen candidate will be hired to begin employment at Cathedral during the 2025-2026 school year.

To perform this job successfully, the desired candidate must be skilled and reliable, with a strong background in general building maintenance-including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our students, staff and parents.

This is a full-time, non-exempt, hourly position with a 12-month schedule. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm. Occasional flexibility to work on weekends or evenings is necessary to support school events and emergency repairs.
