What You Will Do

The Facility Coordinator at Connected plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the facility. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the unique requirements of a cannabis environment. The Facility Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility activities, managing resources and maintaining site upkeep with safety and compliance at the forefront.

Duties and Requirements

Facility Maintenance :

• Oversee and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and external contractors to address facility issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance needs.
• Coordinate and perform skilled interior building maintenance such as basic painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs.

Budget Management :
