The Role

We’re looking for a VP of Engineering to lead our engineering team through rapid product development cycles, champion agile methodologies, and align engineering with business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll deliver scalable, secure, high‑performance software while fostering a collaborative, accountable culture. You’ll work closely with product, customer success, and executive leadership to ensure engineering is a true business driver.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high‑performing engineering organization across software development, QA, DevOps, and architecture.
• Drive agile best practices for sprint planning, backlog management, and timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with Product Management on strategic roadmaps.
• Ensure top standards for code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Lead architectural and technology decisions to modernize and evolve our platform.
• Implement OKRs / KPIs to measure efficiency and team performance.
• Champion a DevSecOps culture with CI / CD at the core.
• Partner with executives to align technical solutions with long‑term customer and business needs.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Drive talent acquisition and professional development across the team.
