Job Title : Dialysis RN

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : NY license required in hand to submit

Certifications : ACLS preferred

Must-Have : EPIC charting experience

Description :

MUST HAVE NY LICENSE IN HAND.

Specialty : Dialysis RN.

Shift : 4x10 Days / Mids.

Weekend : Every other weekend.

On Call : On-call coverage of 3 possible, max of 4 overnight on-call shifts.

Holidays : Must be available for some holidays.

First-time travelers accepted.

Locals must be more than 75-mile radius.

Must have EPIC experience.

On-call requirement will be in place.

One winter holiday will be included.

Facility type : Tertiary care hospital.

Total staffed beds : 528.

Scrub color : Any combination of navy and white.

Candidates will float.

Background policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Return staff policy is applicable after one year.

Modules are billable up to 5 hours.

Modules are completed pre-start and vary by specialty.

Modules are recorded via facility report.
