Job Title : Mammography Technologist

Hours per Shift : 40 hours (Monday - Thursday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM, Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM)

Experience : Minimum of 3 years required

License : Current BLS

Certifications : Mammography Certification - ARRT

Must-Have :

• 3 years of experience required
• Current BLS
• Mammography Certification - ARRT

Description :

This position is for a Mammography Technologist in an ambulatory clinic setting.

The department sees an average of 215 patients per day.

The role includes breast screening and cancer detection.

Skills in screening and diagnostics are required; experience with biopsies is preferred but not mandatory.

There will be support from an onsite radiologist and lead technologist.

The technology and equipment used will include EMR : Epic, Hologic Mammography, and Brevara Biopsy.

There is no weekend rotation or on-call responsibilities.

Holiday expectations are not applicable.

Request for time off will require managerial approval.

The department fosters a strong commitment to breast services and teamwork.
