Facility Setting : Emergency Department (26 beds)

Assignment Type : Travel Nurse Contract

Start Date : November 24, 2025

End Date : February 23, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12 Hour Days (10 : 00 – 22 : 00)

Hours per Week : 36 (guaranteed)

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Electronic Health Record : Meditech

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS

Meditech EHR experience preferred

Strong teamwork and positive, engaged attitude

Must reside at least 60 miles from Wilson, NC to qualify for travel nurse jobs

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients of all ages

Assess, triage, and monitor patients with diverse diagnoses : respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis, hypertension

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Utilize GE monitors and standard emergency department equipment

Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech electronic health records

Float to similar assignments as needed

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and Joint Commission standards
