Certified Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Specialty. Key Responsibilities Serve as direct member and provider contact for specialty pharmacy benefit information and support Assist members with prior authorization, prescription fulfillment, and follow-up for satisfaction Support Specialty Clinical Pharmacists with patient and provider outreach and administrative tasks Required Qualifications Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a Specialty pharmacy or similar setting Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
