What You'll Be Doing :

Manage roofing and envelope projects valued at $1M to $10M+

Oversee project execution from safety to scheduling and cost control

Lead work in secure and sensitive facilities (hospitals, government, education)

Collaborate across clients, subs, and internal teams

Solve challenges in real-time and deliver high-quality results

Evaluate post-project performance and recommend improvements

What You Bring :

5+ years of experience managing commercial roofing or envelope projects

Hands-on knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal systems, and waterproofing

Strong project controls experience with Procore, The Edge, and MS Office

Proven ability to manage in occupied or high-security environments

OSHA 30 or 500 required; LEED or EM 385 is a plus

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
