Job descriptionReliable transportation to report to scheduled shift. Basic math, reading, and writing skills to ensure accurate counts and paperwork. Ability to operate technology equipment including Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners to manage inventory. Previous lift truck experience, loading and unloading trailers, containers, and railcars, preferred. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferred. Experience operating lift trucks with attachments such as forks, box clamp, roll clamp, pulp clamp, or high reach. Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities. Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written. Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Forklift Operator
Automation Personnel Services is hiring Forklift Operators for several well-established companies in Baytown, Channelview, La Porte, and Pasadena, TX. Multiple shifts, steady hours, and long-term opportunities available!

Pay Rate
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Various schedules available [Rotational, Day, or Night Shifts]
Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stage products from trailers, containers, and railcars.
- Handle raw materials and finished goods, including plastics, resins, and other industrial products.
- Pick orders and prepare shipments by accurately loading product onto trailers, containers, and railcars.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks to maintain proper stock levels and product integrity.
- Stack, wrap, and label pallets for storage and outbound shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors, including housekeeping and team support.
