Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical and Claims Associate with healthcare experience to support claims processing, payment allocations, and patient account management. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and knowledgeable in medical billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Review patient accounts and process claims using Athena Software.

Apply payment allocations and resolve unallocated or credit balances.

Perform data entry, spreadsheet management, and some accounting tasks.

Apply knowledge of chart review and medical billing procedures to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications :

1+ years of claims, payment posting, and cash allocation experience in healthcare.

Proficient with Athena and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
