Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients requesting services
Answer incoming calls from potential clients and provide accurate information
Gather information, document responses, and maintain detailed records in the CRM database
Required Qualifications
Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems
Strong computer knowledge and typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
