Redemptions Associate
The Redemptions Associate plays a vital role in supporting end-to-end fulfillment operations within the Autograph and Relic department, with a specialized focus on redemption program execution. This position is responsible for inventory transactions, order fulfillment, product inspection, and quality control activities associated with redemptions, backorders, and autograph processing.
This is a hands-on, executional role requiring a high degree of attention to detail, operational agility, and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across Inventory, Production, and Quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute redemptions processes in accordance with published subject lists, including inventory moves and transaction recording in Oracle.
- Develop and maintain Sticker & Sign-On assessment sheets using up-to-date Subject Lists.
- Receive, inspect, and stage product for autograph sessions, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Perform product inspections on both signed and unsigned cards, escalating discrepancies or quality issues.
- Manage the receipt and documentation of daily signing events; update internal tracking and communicate status across functions.
- Support creation and distribution of redemption fulfillment lists, leveraging existing templates and distribution groups.
- Handle physical preparation, packaging, and shipment of sketch cards, including inbound quality checks from artists.
- Assist in daily redemptions fulfillment operations, including packaging, encasement, sticker application, and light assembly work.
- Participate in routine and ad hoc inventory cycle counts, supporting reconciliation efforts across memorabilia and autographs.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry within ERP and inventory management systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.12 years experience in inventory, fulfillment, or operations roles preferred, particularly in consumer products or collectibles.Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and inventory management tools.Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to execute physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and assembling product on a regular basis.Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.Preferred Attributes
